Customer Banking Associate – Immediate Need

Fully Remote – Four Week Contract

$22 – $25/Hour

This financial firm is looking for a Customer Banking Associate to support their newly launched digital banking branch. In this role, responsibilities will include handling complex customer inquiries, account information and providing quality customer service. About the Job:

  • Provide customers with product and service information to resolve any problems or issues.
  • Establish strong working relationships with all customers through quick responses and professionalism.
  • Respond to client inquiries, perform data entry, and be open to working flexible hours, including one Saturday a month.
  • Follow all bank policies and procedures while completing all duties.

About You:

  • Experienced. You have a bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience, banking a plus!
  • Tech-savvy. You possess strong tech skills and learn new systems quickly and have previous banking system knowledge.
  • Motivated. You are dedicated to the success of your team and company. You take pride in your work product and are willing to go above and beyond to provide the highest level of support.
  • Service-oriented. Developing positive relationships and good rapport with customers and peers is one of your great strengths.
  • Organized. You are an efficient manager of your time and can prioritize multiple tasks at once.
  • Professional. You have effective communication skills and work well with others.
