Coordinator for IT Department (Temporary-to-Hire)

As the Coordinator for this financial firm’s IT department, you will play a central role in keeping the department running smoothly through strong administrative support, sharp organizational skills, and a collaborative approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance of all IT related matters including licensing tracking, application management, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate the preparation of equipment for shipping and distribution within the office.
- Manage all vendor invoices, inventory audits, and purchasing equipment from suppliers.
- Assist management team with special projects and operational tasks as needed.
- Assist with relationship management for third party vendors, including but not limited to invoicing, licensing, research, contracts and agreement overviews, and communication.
- Ensure compliance across policies and procedures.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and IT teams, including the coordination of employee equipment set-up, distribution, and maintenance.
- Monitor the IT department’s financial tracking needs, ensuring budget management, accurate reporting, and reconciliation.
- Oversee IT-related equipment and inventory needs, monitoring effectiveness and employee usage.
- Be an active team participant with departmental projects and initiatives.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
