This real estate firm is seeking a temporary Contracts Paralegal to support their DC office during a busy transitional period. If you possess a strong foundation of legal contracts knowledge, love untangling document-heavy challenges, and can stay agile to an evolving assignment, this role could be a great fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track a variety of contracts, including new acquisitions, existing service agreements, and vendor relationships.
- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and editing of vendor and service agreements.
- Organize and maintain contract documentation and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Ensure all contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws and internal policies.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in contracts. You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Paralegal with a strong emphasis on contract work. Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Eager to start. You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to take initiative.
- Eagle-eyed. Details are important to you and are always taken note of. No detail too big, no detail too small.
- Clear communicator. You can receive and relay information in a professional and efficient manner.
