About the Job:
- Manage and coordinate emails, confirmations, communication, and feedback surrounding conflict data.
- Accurately complete reports in a timely manner.
- Confident navigating and maintaining internal conflict database with the utmost discretion.
- Aid internal staff and clients with ad hoc support, including, but not limited to, document filing and organization, research projects, and compiling data.
- Ability to identify and advance issues or follow-up inquiries regarding assigned tasks and projects to appropriate internal contacts efficiently.
