Client Service Associate

Bethesda, MD/Hybrid

$60,000 – $75,000

As the Client Service Associate with this elite Financial Services Firm, you will be the first point of contact between clients and the firm. You will often act as a liaison for the team ensuring that the client’s inquiries and concerns are being addressed in a timely and proactive manner. In this position, you will coordinate and manage lots of moving parts – from onboarding new client accounts to supporting the team’s marketing strategy – the successful candidate is someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a love for learning.

 

About the Job:

  • Ensure the needs of the clients are being addressed quickly and thoroughly. Approach every client concern with an empathic ear to guarantee a quality, customer-focused experience.
  • Liaise between various internal and external parties to bridge any gaps in communication.
  • Support marketing efforts by maintaining marketing materials and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of team meetings and client events and seminars.
  • Assemble meeting materials, proofread reports, and examine documentations for errors.
  • Manage client records in the CRM Database; connect with clients regarding the status of their application.

About You:

  • Client-focused. You can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Knowledgeable. The successful candidate has at least a year of experience working in an investment, banking, or financial services environment.
  • Strong communicator. You are an effective, clear communicator and can express ideas clearly when writing or speaking.
  • Tech-savvy. Candidates must be comfortable working in MS Office and contact management software.
