This leader is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to spearhead multi-faceted operational, business, and administrative projects and daily functions across a busy business portfolio. The Chief Operations Officer works across teams with tasks large and small, such as furthering business initiatives through actively participating in meetings, conducting analysis of business development prospects, acting as a liaison with operational vendor management and overseeing seamless operational tasks. About the Job:

  • Implement an environment for the team to function at highest efficiency through analysis of daily administrative functions, processes and workflow organization.
  • Research and establish business plans that align with internal mission and growth modules.
  • Provide streamlined assistance cross-departmentally for daily operational needs.
  • Be an active participant in leadership meetings, utilizing reports, presentations, and materials to evaluate team performance, business development opportunities, cultural/community touchpoints, and any ad hoc project implementations.
  • Monitor and track financial reports and budgets.
  • Assist with day-to-day business needs and manage varying projects with differing deadlines productively.
