As a Billing Specialist with this leading law firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys by managing and streamlining the billing process. The firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end billing process for multiple attorneys, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Review and prepare invoices, adhering to client billing guidelines and internal standards.
- Manage intricate billing cases, ensuring transparent communication with attorneys and team members.
- Maintain organized documentation of billing procedures, and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries, and other financial matters.
- Support client and partner requests for timely accrual information and billing updates.
- Assist with special projects and provide backup to team members as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Billing experienced. You have at least two years in a law firm billing role supporting attorneys. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Tech-savvy. You’re comfortable with billing software, Microsoft Office, and you can learn firm-specific systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in every invoice you process.
- Client-focused. You deliver excellent service while balancing competing priorities.
- Deadline-driven. You understand the importance of timelines and take ownership of ensuring work is completed efficiently.
- Adaptable. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can adjust to the needs of your team.
