As a Legal Administrative Assistant in this fast-paced role, you will provide direct support to an accomplished Partner. You will play a vital role in delivering top-tier administrative assistance in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. From finalizing critical legal documents to coordinating meetings, events, and travel, your contributions will be essential to the Partner, and firm’s success. Spanish-speaking candidates with law firm experience or document-heavy executive assistance experience are strongly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Partner’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and overseeing domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Enter billable hours and process monthly client invoices.
- Transcribe, draft, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize client files in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare and process expense reports and receipts.
- Provide general administrative support to the Partner and extended legal secretaries as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience. You have 4-5 years of Legal Executive Assistant, Legal Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary experience or Executive Assistant experience supporting challenging and heavy document work.
- Bilingual. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism. You have a courteous and polished delivery.
- Adaptability. You are reliable with the ability to adjust to the Partner’s needs in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy in legal documentation.
- Tech-savvy. Advanced proficiency in MS Word and document management software.
