This finance firm with ties to the real estate industry is seeking a project and data-minded professional to spearhead project timelines, deliverables, and management across a high-functioning team. This team is seeking a project performer with previous contracts, real estate, or construction-related project experience. About the Job:
- Take responsibility for monitoring permits, contractor deadlines, vendor selection processes and management, and general bid-related tasks.
- Oversee and track projects; ensure project timelines are being met, and adjustments are tracked and communicated across the team as well as policies and compliance are monitored. Be a resource to internal and external contacts; understanding projects thoroughly!
- Execute follow-up on project needs to internal contacts, understanding how to professionally move the needle so deadlines are met, and changes are communicated across the team.
- Strategize through setbacks, evaluating changes to best stay on track and address any known weak project points.
- Review and finalize invoicing needs alongside other expense tracking needs.
- With a fine-tooth comb, create and review documents, memos, and reports to consistently maintain accurate tracking and project details.
- Maintain an organized paper and electronic desk across internal programs.

About You:
- Experience operating across deadlines. You possess at least one to two years of previous project experience, preferably within a construction or real estate environment.
- Communicative. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working with others.
- Tech-savvy. You are comfortable working across Google/MS Office and project management platform experience, and you enjoy learning new software platforms.
- Detailed. You juggle many different tasks and assignments at once and never miss small details.
- Resourceful. You absorb information like a sponge and take time to learn initiatives and team deliverables.
- Time management. You know how to prioritize based on importance and adapt to a busy environment.
- Quality check. You work well across a team; taking direction from many channels and maintaining organization for highest project performance.
