Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure attorneys remain on track with deadlines and commitments.
- Be an excellent coordinator for attorneys, clients, and external contacts, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through on priorities.
- Oversee administrative matters, including tracking budgets and financial reports, processing invoices, and coordinating with vendors.
- Manage billing workflows, including time entry, and conflict resolution.
- Assist with client onboarding and business development efforts by preparing materials, running reports, and supporting proposal development.
- Draft, format, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and closing materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Support real estate processes by maintaining checklists, organizing materials, and assembling closing binders.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, ensuring easy access to critical documents and information.
