Administrative Services Coordinator (Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity)

Are you a professional with five-star communication and multi-tasking skills? This international consulting firm is seeking a temporary-to-hire Administrative Services Coordinator to support their DC office’s daily operations. In this role, you will serve as a go-to person for leadership, staff, and clients, keeping everyone in the loop and ensuring operations are running fluently. If you enjoy being a member of a hardworking team, are detailed, and an expert with prioritizing a busy workload, this could be the role for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of office meetings, including confirming meeting logistics, catering, and space preparation.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while creating a professional and welcoming environment for guests and stakeholders.
  • Manage leadership calendars and incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and distribution of all materials.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including front desk coverage, office and delivery management, meeting setup, expense reporting, and financial documentation organization.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between leadership, staff (both on-site and remote), clients, and vendors.
  • Offer day-to-day operational support to keep the office running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Service oriented. You have at least three (3) years of related work experience. Prior experience in customer service and hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Professional chameleon. You collaborate well with different personalities and can adapt seamlessly to compliment varying styles and preferences.
  • Ahead of the game. You work proactively, anticipating future needs. Staying organized and on deadline are skills you excel at.
  • Microsoft fluent. You have strong technological skills and can operate on the applications of Microsoft Office Suite smoothly.
