As the Administrative Coordinator with this Commercial Real Estate Firm, you will be in charge of facilitating many of the office workplace processes. This is a dynamic role that will require you to take the lead on many of the decision-making responsibilities within the office, including liaising with vendors and being the point-person for the Executive team. The team will defer to you when they need assistance managing projects or preparing for events.  The Administrative Coordinator will help foster strong, successful relationships with key clientele. About the Job:

  • Manage a broad array of administrative tasks, including greeting guests, preparing client paperwork, scheduling meetings, and composing correspondence.
  • Support Executive staff members with special assignments and project-management tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate office events from start to finish (luncheons, holiday parties, social gatherings, and client appreciation and groundbreaking events).
  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness on the status of projects to answer client questions and pro-actively resolve issues.
  • Set-up for meetings and troubleshoot tech issues.
  • Oversee the general upkeep of the company website and manage social media postings.
