About the Job:

  • Assist with scheduling needs, particularly attuned to event organization, large meeting preparation and execution, and invitations, response tracking and follow-up conference management.
  • Act as a back-up support to senior administrative leadership for ad hoc needs, such as travel booking, calendar management, and front desk support.
  • Compile, edit and finalize administrative documents, presentations, reports and memos.
  • Organize annual office events, client gifting processes and deliveries, and team celebrations.
  • Update internal contacts with memos, newsletters and craftly drafted materials.
  • Input and monitor client information, notes and data through client management tracking systems and spreadsheets.

About You:

  • Degreed and experienced. You possess a Bachelor’s degree with three to four years of administrative experience.
  • Hands-on. You enjoy being the “catch-all” person on the team.
  • Technically experienced. You are skilled in MS Office as well as possess CRM or tracking software experience.
  • Strong business acumen. You are highly communicable across various leadership levels and possess excellent writing capabilities.
  • Driven. If are a proactive thinker and drive your team closer to meeting deliverables any way you can.
