Key Responsibilities:
- Enter financial data and maintain accurate bookkeeping records for a range of political clients.
- Process receipts, prepare budgets, manage payables, and handle disbursements.
- Conduct financial analysis and research to support client reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of state and federal campaign finance disclosures.
- Support administrative operations, including internal recordkeeping and client communication.

What We’re Looking For:
- Academic. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally with a strong academic record and a focus on business, economics, or finance.
- Mathematically-minded. Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience ideal.
