This DC policy firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support several Partners within a fast-paced, collaborative office. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys managing complex schedules, anticipating needs, and keeping the details of a busy office moving smoothly. The Executive Assistant will oversee demanding calendars, coordinate intricate domestic and international travel, and contribute to special projects and broader office initiatives as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Keep several Partners’ calendars organized and running smoothly, balancing shifting priorities, internal commitments, client meetings, and competing requests.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, from researching options and coordinating reservations to preparing itineraries and adjusting plans when schedules change.
- Help create a polished experience for clients, government contacts, and senior-level visitors by coordinating meeting logistics, communicating details, and working closely with colleagues across the firm.
- Pull together weekly schedule overviews and other materials to help Partners prepare for upcoming commitments and ensure the broader team is aligned on priorities.
- Anticipate calendar conflicts and scheduling challenges, developing proactive solutions to maximize efficiency.
- Keep executive records and contact information current while tracking time and other details associated with Partner client work.
- Work closely with cross-departmentally on monthly expenses and provide additional support across the office, including reception coverage, firm events, and a variety of projects that arise throughout the year.

What We’re Looking For:
- Accomplished. You have at least two years of prior administrative support experience, managing multiple schedules. Hill Schedulers are encouraged to apply!
- Technically versed. You work quickly within Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Discrete. You have excellent professional judgment, people skills, and an appreciation for differences that make people unique.
- Eager to work hard. You thrive as a member of a team and do not shy away from a high-volume workload. The ability to multitask, keep everyone in the loop, and approach work with a service-first mindset will be essential to success!
- Level-headed. You operate well under pressure and maintain composure through storms.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
