Real Estate Paralegal (Title & Survey Experience Required)

As a Real Estate Paralegal with this international law firm, you will be a key partner to attorneys on a variety of commercial real estate transactions. This firm is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys throughout all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence and financing to closing, with a particular focus on title, survey, and zoning due diligence.
- Coordinate closings, prepare checklists, and track key deadlines to ensure seamless execution.
- Review title commitments, title policies, surveys, and related materials; prepare clear summaries and abstracts and assist with identifying items that may require further review or objection.
- Assemble, review, and maintain closing binders, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and organized.
- Review and analyze legal documents, including corporate resolutions, title commitments, surveys, and loan agreements.
- Maintain spreadsheets, track client information, and collaborate closely with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and internal teams.
- Assist with other administrative and transaction-related tasks as needed to support attorneys and clients.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
