This leading global law firm is seeking a Senior BB Coordinator to join its collaborative marketing and business development team. This position will partner closely with attorneys and business development leadership to support growth initiatives across several high-profile practice areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of compelling pitches, proposals, and RFP responses designed to strengthen client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
- Keep marketing resources, attorney experience information, contact records, and business development tracking systems accurate, current, and well organized.
- Assist with submissions for industry rankings, awards, surveys, and other external recognition opportunities.
- Draft and refine practice group materials, attorney biographies, client presentations, and other marketing content.
- Maintain practice and industry information across the firm’s website and coordinate content for external publication.
- Conduct research on clients, prospects, competitors, and industry developments to uncover relevant market insights and support business development strategies.
- Partner with internal marketing teams on firm materials, sponsorships, client programs, and events.

What We’re Looking For:
- BD Experience. You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two (2) years of business development and/or marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Keen-eyed. You take pride in producing polished, accurate work and have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Structured. You can balance competing priorities, manage deadlines, and keep multiple projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with experience using CRM or database platforms.
- Synergized. You build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with attorneys, business development professionals, and cross-functional teams.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
