This finance firm in Baltimore, MD is seeking two temporary Client Operations Assistants support the onboarding processes for it’s clients within a busy division. Whether you’re coordinating moving pieces across multiple stakeholders, ensuring client requirements are properly documented, or keeping complex onboarding processes on track, you bring calm efficiency and steady follow-through. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys process-driven work, cross-functional collaboration, and building a strong foundation in client operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key operational support resource throughout the client onboarding lifecycle, ensuring accounts are set-up and maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Partner closely with internal teams to collect, validate, and track required client documentation.
- Monitor and manage workflow requests in internal systems, ensuring tasks are completed within established timelines and high standards.
- Work with external contacts to help set up and maintain client accounts, including funding and ongoing requests.
- Support ongoing administrative needs, including documentation updates, reporting, and audit-related requests.
- Using strong judgement, work through challenges appropriately, seeking guidance when needed while ensuring clear, timely communication and resolution across all stakeholders.
- Support client voting and governance activities while assisting with reporting and proposal materials as needed.
- Collaborate across teams to support firm-wide initiatives, including special projects.

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in-hand. You have at least one year of experience, with proven customer service, communication and administrative skills.
