Temporary Part-Time Meeting Assistant (Five-Month Assignment)

As the temporary part-time Meeting Assistant with this prestigious D.C.-based association, you will provide operational support for staff as they prepare to welcome high-level stakeholders to both in-person and virtual events. This association is looking for someone who is highly organized and adaptable to provide end-to-end logistical support, ensuring all stakeholders receive a seamless and professional experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide logistical support for events including setting up AV, managing catering needs, greeting guests, planning staffing support, and more.
- Create, print, and assemble pertinent meeting and event-related materials.
- Provide on-site meeting support and complete any additional tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors on various event needs.
- Track and process event expenses.
- Operate fluidly across a team, using high-touch customer service and communication skills.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
