Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules, ensuring logistics, materials, and technology are fully prepared in advance.
- Arrange complex travel and meeting logistics, including itineraries, offsite coordination, and agenda communication.
- Support the preparation and review of presentations, reports, and correspondence, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with confidential administrative processes related to leadership initiatives, external coordination, and internal tracking.
- Maintain organized information across shared systems, ensuring details are accurate, accessible, and compliant.
- Support the planning and execution of in-office engagements in partnership with internal operations teams.
- Prepare and process expenses for senior leadership, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external communication, representing leadership with polish and professionalism.
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc administrative needs as they arise.
