This global nonprofit is seeking a Development Assistant to jump in and provide high-level administrative and project support to a busy and growing development division. This organization is filled with motivated self-starters who collaborate closely, value precision, and take pride in supporting mission-driven work. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive scheduling and calendar management across the development team, balancing priorities and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Support donor management by assisting with correspondence, meeting coordination, and foster and build relationships with existing and new donor contacts.
- Coordinate plans and itineraries for travel, meetings, and virtual engagements, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
- Draft, edit, format, and proofread written materials including correspondence, briefings, reports, and follow-up documentation and fundraising materials.
- Maintain accurate records within donor and internal tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials to support donor meetings and fundraising initiatives.
- Assist with event preparation and execution, including invitation management, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide general administrative and project support, including expense tracking, invoice processing, slide deck composition, and ad hoc assignments.
