People and Culture Coordinator

A highly respected international law firm is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to play a central role in strengthening internal engagement, supporting talent initiatives, and ensuring events run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal employee engagement, supporting events, initiatives, and activities that bring employees together across teams and offices.
  • Assist with tasks aligned with talent development, recruiting, professional growth, and onboarding, helping ensure a thoughtful and well-organized experience.
  • Prepare materials, maintain accurate tracking sheets, and take active meeting notes to stay aligned with team deliverables.
  • Maintain internal communication platforms and calendars, ensuring content stays current and engaging.
  • Help gather, organize, and present data related to internal initiatives, surveys, and external requests.
  • Maintain relationships with external partnerships.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal operations teams on special projects and ongoing priorities as needs arise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Events qualified. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in a professional services, legal, HR, or an operations-focused environment with hands-on event management.
  • Articulate. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and you’re comfortable drafting polished materials and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organized. You are highly capable of juggling multiple projects, and tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn internal systems and databases.
  • Discreet. You are professional and trusted to handle sensitive information with care.
  • Collaborative. You are a proactive team player who takes ownership and follows through.
