Legal Recruiting Coordinator

$70,000 – $80,000

As the Legal Recruiting Coordinator of this global law firm, you will be assisting with full-cycle attorney recruiting responsibilities, administrative support, and the professional development of attorneys. The team is looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual; someone who can manage lots of moving parts and doesn’t let important details slip through the cracks. Some of these duties will include event planning for summer associate recruiting, calendar management, scheduling meetings and file upkeep. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing recruiting administrative expertise with event coordination, candidate engagement, and program management in a prestigious legal environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate scheduling efforts for interviews and direct communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process with strong customer service and professionalism.
  • Conduct full cycle recruiting efforts from start-to-finish.
  • Maintain accurate paper and electronic records and prepare reporting metrics.
  • Support student outreach and engagement, including organizing events, panels, and information sessions.
  • Help manage the summer associate program, from onboarding and orientation to program events and evaluations.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team and attorneys as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. You have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in recruiting in a law firm or legal setting.
  • Organized. You can manage complex schedules, deadlines, and multiple projects with precision.
  • Communicative. You possess strong verbal and written skills, and are capable of working with attorneys, candidates, and leadership with professionalism.
  • Adaptable. You are flexible and responsive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Tech-proficient. You are skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and pick up new software quickly.
  • Discreet. You exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
