Temporary Executive Assistant for Prestigious Legal Executive

New York, NY

$45 – $48/hour

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a sophisticated temporary Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a distinguished leadership figure. This temporary role is available immediately. The ideal candidate brings high velocity scheduling and correspondence experience and advanced attention to detail having supported CEOs or adjacent. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing Executive Assistant with at least ten years of experience to jump into a fast-paced legal environment and support senior leadership in achieving strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a highly organized schedule and frequently changing calendar; assess daily adjustments and monitor long-term schedules, ensuring smooth day-to-day organization.
  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries and contingency plans, always with a back-up in place.
  • Manage high-volume emails and correspondence, identifying priorities, and ensuring timely follow-up using strong gatekeeper skills.
  • Provide ad-hoc executive support, from preparing documents to coordinating meetings or special requests.
  • Collaborate with a long-tenured administrative team to ensure comprehensive support and continuity.

  • Strong judgement. You are flexible, responsive, and reliable.
