Team Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership (Long-term Temporary Opportunity)

This hospitality association in Washington, DC is seeking a long-term temporary Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. In this role, you’ll partner with a team of EA’s to manage administrative, heavy travel booking, and operational needs while moving the needle on projects and association needs. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and charismatic, bringing at least five years of EA experience and the ability to hit the ground running to keep operations seamless. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly, monthly, and annual scheduling needs for internal and external meetings, conferences, appointments, and events for multiple senior leaders.
- Create and edit meeting materials such as presentations, spreadsheets, reports, or general communications for events, meetings, and internal circulation.
- Facilitate international and domestic travel agendas with exceptional attention to detail.
- Monitor project deadlines, ensuring objectives are progressing and initiatives are being met.
- Maintain clear communication regarding changes and project adjustments.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries for company meetings. Actively participate and work effectively across senior-level priorities.
- Process and track expenses and reimbursements for senior leaders.
- Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants for seamless internal communication and workflow.

What We’re Looking For:
- EA Experienced. You have a minimum of five years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably working within a team-support environment.
