Executive Assistant to C-level Leadership (Temporary-to-Hire)

Washington, DC/Hybrid

$35 – $40/hour

As the temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader within this global corporation, you will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly. From managing an ever-changing calendar to coordinating high-level meetings, travel, and events across multiple time zones, you’ll be the trusted right hand who ensures priorities stay on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and experienced in supporting high-level executives or principals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on a visible and impactful role, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize a complex, dynamic calendar involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics and detailed itineraries.
  • Partner with other support staff and teams to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow across the organization.
  • Plan and support events, conferences, and offsite meetings.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and assist with presentation and document preparation.
  • Support the team’s onboarding processes and help integrate new hires into the organization with a welcoming and organized approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. You have at least five years of experience supporting high-level executives.
  • Globally minded. You’re comfortable coordinating across time zones and navigating international travel.
  • Tech-savvy. You’re highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and quick to adopt new tools and systems.
  • Professional communicator. You have a polished communication style, strong attention to detail, and can represent leadership with discretion and integrity.
  • Detailed. You make sure critical details aren’t missed and love to produce quality work.
  • Self-sufficient. You thrive under shifting priorities and remain calm under pressure while staying focused on results.
