As the Team Legal Secretary for this nationally recognized law firm, you’ll play a key role in supporting a high-performing group of litigation attorneys in a fast-paced, client-driven practice. The ideal candidate brings at least four years of litigation support experience in a law firm and has a confident grasp of local court rules and e-filing protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and finalize legal litigation documents, ensuring formatting and filing compliance.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, handling logistics, itineraries, and expense report follow-up.
- Manage attorney calendars, coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, and ensure materials are ready in advance.
- Submit time entries and billing information, monitor deadlines, and liaise with various departments for billing and collections follow-up.
- Support new client onboarding, including conflict checks, research and new client procedures.
- Collaborate with secretarial and administrative teams to keep workflows efficient and support firm-wide events when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Litigation savvy. A minimum of three to five years of legal administrative support in a litigation practice group; you have hands-on experience preparing pleadings, managing e-filings, and tracking deadlines under pressure.
- Team player. You enjoy working with others and know how to navigate the support structure of a large firm.
- Highly organized. You’re comfortable juggling multiple calendars, attorneys, and tasks with sharp attention to detail.
- Adaptable. You’re proactive in responding to client needs and enjoy being a dependable resource for your attorneys.
- Tech-confident. You are fluent in MS Office and learn new systems quickly.
